세스나 그룹(CESNA GROUP), ‘2023 CFO & HR 라운드테이블’ 성공적 개최세스나 그룹(CESNA GROUP)이 지난 12일(미국 현지 기준) 미국 뉴저지 더블 트리 바이 힐튼 호텔에서 ‘세스나그룹 2023 CFO & HR 라운드테이블’을 성공적으로 개최했다고 밝혔다. 지난 12일(미국 현지 기준) 열린 이번 라운드테이블에서는 CESNA USA 리차드 조(Richard CHO) Country Manager가 개회사를 맡아 행사의 포문을 열었으며 국민은행, 한미은행, LGCNS, 아모레퍼시픽, 매일경제, 코오롱, 두산 등 국내 500대 기업의 대표이사, CFO(최고재무책임자), COO(최고운영책임자), CHRO(최고인사책임자) 등 다양한 기업의 인사 및 재무 담당자들이 참여해 다양한 의견을 나눴다. 세스나 그룹에 따르면, 2023년은 팬데믹의 여파로 전 세계적으로 사무공간과 업무 프로세스에서 생산성과 비용 효율을 높이기 위한 디지털 전환이 본격화됐다. 미국 역시 직장 출근과 재택 및 원격 근무를 병행하는 하이브리드 채용이 확대되고, 계약 방식 역시 사회에 본격적으로 진출하기 시작한 Z세대를 중심으로 프리랜서나 긱(gig) 형태의 선호도가 높아지고 있다. 이러한 흐름에 맞춰 기업 역시 흐름에 걸맞은 고용과 그에 따른 업무 및 운영 효율성을 극대화할 방안이 필요한 실정이다. 세계적인 추세인 ESG 경영도 이번 라운드테이블 화두에 올랐다. Last Friday, Cesna Group hosted the year of CFO & HR #Roundtable at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel in New Jersey. More than 40 client companies’ representatives registrated including CEO, CFO, COO, president, vice president, general manager, and finance manager etc and they come from Top 500 companies in South Korea. It was a great pleasure to share valuable insights from the topics of 2023 hiring trend of North America, the time of ESG management, and the optimal type of work after pandemic.
