Job Description
- - Lead the cross-functional Sales, Procurement, Operations, Finance processes to align demand, supply, inventory, and financial goals.
- - Oversee a team of S&OP admins on day-to-day order processing ? set goals, translate strategic objectives into actionable items, design KPIs and incentives, organize meetings and 1-1s to keep everyone on track
- - Break down budget (e.g. P&L target, cash conversion target, inventory target) to day-to-day recommendations; Collaborate with various teams across the company including sales, procurement, warehouse operations, and finance to deliver those goals, solve issues, and make budget plans
- - Use data tools to interpret trends, risks, and opportunities across product lines, channels, and locations for management reporting and recommendation
Qualifications
- - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field; Advanced degrees preferred but not required.
- - 4-7 years of experience in supply chain, demand/supply planning, or S&OP roles, in recycling, metal trading, manufacturing, or related industries; previous experience in a leadership or managerial capacity
- - Proficiency in Excel and experience with planning tools (e.g., Razor, NetSuite, Power BI)
- - Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering planning improvements
- - Passionate about process improvement, organizational structure design; Delivery focused.
