Job Summary

Job Description
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes (job postings, interview coordination,
- employee onboarding).
- Maintain HR data, attendance records, payroll, and employee benefits.
- Plan and execute training programs.
- Establish and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee administrative tasks and asset management (office supplies, equipment,
- facility management)
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Support the accounting and organizational mission by ensuring accurate and efficient
- completion of assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Human Resources
- Management, Public Administration, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Korean and English is preferred.
- Experience in HR or General Affairs
