Job Summary

  • ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
  • To direct, coordinate, implement and over-sighting complete project(s) aligned with the design, strategy,
  • commitments and goals of the Cable Sales department

Job Description

  • Process and Product Improvement: Conduct weekly meetings to evaluate and identify opportunities for project and
  • product enhancements aimed at cost reduction. Ensure all processes operate effectively and efficiently.
  • ? Market Strategy: Assess product designs and engineering specifications to confirm material feasibility and
  • compliance with current market demands and customer requirements.
  • ? Product Management: Collaborate with engineering teams to review Bills of Materials (BOM) and product drawings,
  • ensuring data accuracy and alignment.
  • ? Timely Delivery: Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and
  • within budget.
  • ? Detailed Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including pricing and budgeting, while involving relevant
  • stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • ? Resource Allocation: Support management in securing and distributing necessary resources effectively.
  • ? Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to prevent potential disruptions.
  • ? Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure
  • seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • ? Documentation: Create and maintain detailed project documentation to support transparency and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business major
  • 1+ years in Sales or Procurement
  • Korean Bilingual

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes relevant to cable production.
  • Understanding of cable design and system integration.
  • Proficient in electrical cable engineering concepts and applications.
  • Apply creative and critical thinking methodologies to overcome complex challenges.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and effective decision-making abilities.
  • Recognize how detailed components impact overall strategy and project success.
  • Redesign and innovate outdated resources to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • COMPUTER EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools including MS Project
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
  • Working knowledge of SAP/ERP preferred
  • AutoCAD and Solidworks
