About Our Client

Job Summary

• Lead the development and managing of “Automotive Connectivity” project
• as point of contact for customer.
• Real time communication with customer about any engineering inquiries and issues.
• Technical account manager for main customer in North America.

Job Description

• - Monitor the certification changes of the local telecommunications company,
• and participate in the certification-related workshop held by the telecommunications
• company. Share the results with the HQ R&D team.
• - Collaborate with the HQ R&D team to perform vehicle-based product evaluations and
• updates product upon customer request.
• - Collaborate with the HQ R&D team to replicate and review customer issues
• to resolve problems.
• - Lead the weekly engineering meeting of Automotive Connectivity on-site at customer
• engineering center and reporting on product development and open issues.
• Highlighting key development issues and manage plan to resolve the issues.
• - Lead engineering discussions with customers to address issues and
• propose effective solutions.
• - Working closely together with engineering team to define products that will
• meet the customer's needs.
• - Collaborate closely with customers to develop innovative design concepts,
• aligning with their needs and preferences.
• - Manage technical activities and monitor progress towards project milestones.
• - Defining and managing product design for the Automotive Connectivity
• and related components
• - Lead negotiation and manage to implement VAVE(Value Analysis and Value Engineering)
• items to drive cost savings and process improvements.
• - Interfacing with HQ marketing and R&D teams to deliver competitive solutions.
• - Developing strong engineering relationships with customer.
• - Execute quality issue tracking and initial response to the customers.
• - In order to solve the quality issues of Automotive Connectivity projects,
• Support communication between the customer and R&D team/Quality team in HQ and
• provide real-time technical support.
• - Attend regular quality meeting and follow up the quality activity including 4M changes.
• - Coordinate with R&D team in HQ and customers for on-going program issues and progress.
• - Monthly reporting of market intelligence about automotive industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronic engineering
• A minimum of 8 years of experience of Automotive Connectivity
• Product design and automotive industry experience in product design, development.
• - Understand Automotive Connectivity Product
• . 5G/LTE module for Telematics System
• . BT/WiFi module for Infotainment System
• . Application Processor module for ADAS/AD and Cockpit
• . Digital Key System
• - Communication skill with customers’ PJT members/managers
• and with HQ teams
