Job Summary
Job Description
- - Coordinate sales operations and marketing plans
- - Analyze and maintain knowledge of clients' business, latest news, and trends to cultivate and
- maintain positive business relationships
- - Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- - Consistently collect and analyze market data to aid efforts in business development
- - Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries, negotiate sales terms &
- agreements and maintain accurate records of sales activities. - Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective follow through on sales process
- - Other duties as assigned such as regular weekly reporting and meeting summary reports
- - role requires 10-15% of business travel.
Qualifications
- - Must have work authorization in U.S.A.
- - At least Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or business or marketing related major preferred
- - More than 3-5 years’ experience in on-field sales in agriculture
- - Interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to work efficiently & effectively
- - Relationship management and networking skills are a must
- - Ability to handle multiple tasks and hand in regular reports in timely manner
- - Strong Teamwork & Collaboration skills
- - Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
