Job Description
- - Bank Deposit and Loan new customer marketing
- - Supervise operations personnel and evaluate employees performance
- - Reviews reports for risk control (NSF, O/D, Kiting suspect, G/L, Balance Fluctuation, Large Deposit)
- - Supervise teller personnel transactions on a daily basis
- - Confirms the accuracy and completeness of the CAP at the time of the account opening process
- - Confirms the accuracy and completeness of currency exchange of Korean Won at the end of the day
- - Confirms the accuracy and completeness of non-customer wire transfer records at the end of the day
- - Confirms the accuracy and completeness of non-customer Money Order sales records at the end of the day
- - Oversees branch maintenance & handles customer complaints and inquires
- - Responsible for new employee training at the branch
- - Prepares Monthly Branch Certification
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in banking
