Job Summary
Dashing Diva is seeking a sharp, hands-on, strategic, and innovative Chief Strategic Officer to develop and execute strategies to accomplish financial growth. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in a high-volume organization. Experience in fashion, beauty, and/or cosmetics is preffered.
Job Description
- ? Develop an inclusive strategic plan and strategy by collaborating with the leadership team and CEO
- ? Collaborate with CFO to develop a capital plan in line with the strategy
- ? Analyze market dynamics, market share changes, product line performance, and competitive intelligence
- ? Identify key capital projects and other strategic partnership opportunities.
- ? Identify strategic risks
- ? Collaborate with leadership, special committees, and consultants to execute strategies
- ? Communicate strategy effectively throughout the company
- ? Ensure suitable metrics are in place to measure performance and progress
- ? Monitor execution of business initiatives
Qualifications
- ? Advanced degree is marketing or business development
- ? 10+ years of strategic experience in a similar environment, management consulting, or investment banking
- ? A proven collaborator within a global business, who can coordinate and influence a collective team-based client relationship across complex matrix structures, organizations, and different cultures, both internally and externally
- ? As a real strategist, you are an individual who is passionate about creativity, who has experience at developing integrated brand and communication strategies aligned with business targets
- ? You understand how our clients’ businesses operate, how it grows, what its drivers, barriers, opportunities, and threats look like, and how creativity can impact these
- ? Someone who knows how to gain trust, create a culture of respect, and build true partnerships
- ? Action oriented and full of energy for challenges, not fearful or acting with a minimum of planning; steadfastly pushes self and the department for results
- ? Digitally savvy
- ? You have expert knowledge and strategic thinking to offer a strong point of view on the direction of product, marketing, supply chain, and operations
- ? You have a proven track record of developing global strategies across multiple markets
- ? Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and internal leaders with good political instincts
- ? You can demonstrate a proven track record of leading and delivering creatively inspiring, business-driving briefs
- ? Analytical mindset shown to drive metrics and benchmarks to ensure continuous
- ? Innate curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit
- ? A passion for coaching and teaching with partnership mindset and the ability to have the necessary tough conversations
