Job Description

  • 1. Maintains quality management system in compliance with ISO/IATF 16949 requirements and customer specification
  • 2. Hold meeting with Customer regarding quality control issue / manage and discuss the problems
  • 3. Manage Customer claims and develop their relationship
  • 4. Attend meeting with parent company to communicate quality control issues
  • 5. Direct overall operation of quality control department
  • 6. Develops plans for annual internal and external QMS audit plans
  • 7. Trains internal auditors, department specialists/team members
  • 1. Manages 2nd and 3rd party quality system audits
  • 2. Manages financial information
  • 3. Develops quality strategy planning
  • 4. Forecasts field quality issue trends
  • 5. Review and approve department documents
  • 6. Manage Customer claims and develop their relationship
  • 7. Perform Quality audit with customers periodically
  • 8. Performs other duties as assigned
  • 1. Performs other duties as assigned


  • 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering field and 5 years related field experience required
  • 2. Five years of process improvement experience required
  • 3. Proficiency in Window Excel, Power Point, Word, CAD required
  • 4. An individual must demonstrate strong supervisory, interpersonal, communication skills
  • 5. Capability to perform multi-tasks

  • 2. Superior interpersonal abilities. Ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, mature, flexible.

  • Organizational Relationships:
  • 1. Accountable to the Top Management of the organization for all phases of activities.
  • 2. Advises, consults, and coordinates with:
