Job Summary

Analog Circuit Design

Job Description

• 1. Responsible for the technical management and guidance of the analog IC design team;
• 2. Participate in the design and guide the simulation IC design team to complete the project objectives;
• 3, according to product requirements, decompose and define the functions and performance indicators of each module;
• Develop and implement development plans and optimize design to ensure that the design team delivers high-quality products on time;
• 5, track competitive technology trends, provide technical support and guarantee for project development;
• Promote technological development and innovation to improve product quality and competitiveness.

Qualifications

• 1. Master degree or above in microelectronics, more than 12 years experience in switching power IC development, more than 5 years experience in technical leadership or technical director is preferred;
• 2, responsible for more than 10 switching power IC mass production experience is preferred;
• 3, have a deep understanding of high voltage semiconductor devices and process flow, skilled use of 90nm ~ 0.35um CMOS/BCD process is preferred;
• 4. Familiar with the whole process of analog IC design and production, deep analysis/solution of analog circuit problems, with characteristic power IC design experience is preferred;
• 5, with good communication skills, teamwork spirit and technical document writing skills;
