Job Summary

Expert of Hall Sensor Chips

Job Description

  • 1. Responsible for the whole development process of definition, development and verification of various Hall position sensor products and product upgrades;
  • 2. As the project manager, cooperate with the marketing department to complete the initial definition of the project, and lead the technical feasibility study and project approval of the project;
  • 3. Design specific circuit architecture according to product definition and technical specifications, and independently complete analog circuit design, simulation, verification, etc.;
  • 4. Be able to formulate a reasonable project plan and complete the project plan on time and with good quality;
  • 5. Plan the layout of the layout, guide the layout engineer to complete the layout design, and ensure that the layout meets the requirements of the circuit design;
  • 6. Responsible for formulating test specifications and solving problems encountered in the process of lab testing and ATE testing with test engineers;
  • 7. Assist application engineers and field application engineers to solve customer and other application problems;
  • 8. Responsible for and track the front and back end links of the product;
  • 9. Responsible for the writing of relevant design documents.

Qualifications

  • 1. Master's degree or above in microelectronics or electronic engineering, more than five years of experience in analog IC development, proficient in analog circuit IC design methods;
  • 2. Experience in mass production of Hall position sensor is preferred;
  • 3. Have a relatively in-depth understanding of devices and process flow, familiar with and have a deep understanding of CMOS process is preferred;
  • 4. Those who are required to be proficient in the design of Hall position sensor chips, with experience in architecture design and the ability to solve customers' practical problems are preferred;
  • 5. Good teamwork skills, communication skills, learning ability and problem analysis and processing skills;
  • 6. Good English reading and writing skills, able to communicate in English proficiently.
