Job Summary
Sr. Finance Manager is responsible for annual budgeting of domestic as well as international entities thru closely working with all internal teams. S/he controls each team's budget execution in order to achieve the Company’s goals. S/he is also responsible for periodic/ad hoc financial analysis and reports as well as management of international entities’ financials. S/he manages internal team’s KPI set-up and performance results preparation.
Job Description
- - Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the team.
- - Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for financials
- - Support project analysis, validations of plans, and ad-hoc requests.
- - Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- - Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
- - Collaborate with other teams as needed to manage the team’s budget draw-ups
Qualifications
- - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- - Minimum 14 years of experiences in the Finance/Accounting field
- - Strong analytical & strategic thinking skills
- - Excellent MS Office and interpersonal skills
- - Bilingual in Korean and English
