Job Description
- 1. Responsible for the development and verification of brazing process;
- 2. Participate in material and solder selection and verification;
- 3. Independently solve welding quality problems on the production site;
- 4. Responsible for the design of brazing fixtures.
Qualifications
- 1, with 6061 aluminum alloy vacuum brazing experience of more than 3-5 years; 6-series
- 2, can independently complete 6061 aluminum alloy brazing work;
- 3, familiar with the characteristics of solder and aluminum alloy;
- 4, familiar with vacuum brazing equipment principle and maintenance specifications;
- 5, can easily read drawings;
- 6. Brazing certificate is preferred.
