Job Summary

Human Resources Associate will play a crucial part in supporting various HR functions, with a primary focus on data entry, administrative tasks, and assisting the HR team in day-to-day operations to ensure the effective delivery of our HR services and contribute to the growth and success of the Company.

Job Description

  • - Perform accurate and timely data entry of employee information and documents, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all data.
  • - Assist in maintaining and managing the HRIS system (Workday), regularly updating data and ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and data security.
  • - Assist in organizing, researching, and maintaining HR documents, including employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
  • - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve HR processes and update company policies as needed.
  • - Provide administrative support to the HR team, including but not limited to managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • - Coordinate and collaborate with the HR teams on various projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee experiences.
  • - Handle general inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and other related matters.
  • - Perform other HR or administrative assignments as needed.

Qualifications

  • - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS software (Workday) is a plus.
  • - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • - Enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative environment.
  • - Prior internship or part-time experience in an HR role is a bonus.
  • - Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations is desirable.
  • - Strong team player with a friendly and positive attitude
