Job Description
- ? Responsible for machining, polishing, sandblasting, laminating and overall assembly of 8 and 12 inch electrostatic suction cups;
- ? Responsible for maintaining and optimizing the process/process to improve the yield;
- ? Master LAM, AMAT electrostatic suction cup production technology key points, lead the team to complete the drawing, process setting, operation process development;
- ? Monitor production technical data, and solve technical problems in the production process;
- ? Lead the team to develop the new TEL Etch equipment E-chuck;
Qualifications
- ? Master the key points of each production process of 8 and 12 inch E-chuck;
- ? more than 5 years experience in E-chuck manufacturing plant;
- ? Familiar with at least one electronic sucker manufacturing technology, such as CNC, mask exposure, sandblasting, bonding, etc.;
- ? Know the key points of electrostatic chuck for Etch/PVD/CVD/Implant, such as LAM KIYO, LAM FLEX 45, LAM KIYO CX/EX, AMAT Producer, AMAT Endura, etc.
- ? Japan: Shinko, NGK-NTK, TOTO, Kyocera; Korea: KST, LK, JESCO, BOBOO, YERICO, POWELL, MICO (KOMICO) working experience is preferred;
- ? ability to communicate in English is preferred;
