About Our Client

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience as a Treasury Accountant with a strong
• background in cash accounting, treasury, and expense reporting.

Job Description

• Treasury
• - Complete daily cash report and clearing as well as work with various team members to
• resolve any cash not cleared within a day or two
• - Manage daily balances in savings and checking accounts
• - Complete cash forecasting for management and headquarters on an as needed basis
• - Complete treasury report on monthly basis for headquarters
• - Able to handle all the bank loans and constant communication with bank
• - Work cohesively with AR team for cash clearing and other projects as needed
• Corporate Filing
• - File corporate paperwork with state/government on as needed basis
• Month End
• - Assist with the monthly close process to ensure timely and accurate financial results in
• compliance with IFRS, Sarbanes Oxley, and Samsung Corporate Compliance
• - Month End finance support for Journal Entries and adhering to closing schedules and
• strict deadlines.
• - Complete final run of reports in SAP on day after close and work with headquarters or
• management to resolve any issues should they arise
• Vendor Management
• - Continue to cross check with each vendors to make sure the vendors banking
• information is accurate
• - Keep records and documentations for all the process and what has been checked for
• each vendors
• Reporting
• - Various Analysis, Month, Quarterly, & Year End Reports on an assigned basis.
• Other Duties
• - Support other projects from upper management when it’s needed

Qualifications

• -Bachelor degree with preference in Accounting or Finance required
• -2-3 years’ experience required in Treasury
• -Must have good team skills to work with various team members within finance, Headquarters,
• as well as within the current divisional departments
• -Excellent oral and written communication skills
• -Muti-tasking skills required due to various deadlines
• -Automotive accounting experience a plus
• -Knowledge and Expertise in SAP preferred but not required
