Job Summary
Our Client is now hiring Import Operations Assistant Manager, who is able to monitor and guide the success of team members daily, weekly tasks and shipments.
Job Description
- - Monitor and guide the success of team members daily, weekly tasks and shipments
- - Maintain and manage customer relations to ensure high service and satisfaction levels
- - Support continuous learning and development of team members
- - Conduct market and competitor research to come up with improvement initiatives for operational purposes
- - Ensure accounts receivables are being collected and accounts payables are being paid in a timely manner
- - Manage and troubleshoot low-impact problems and issues occurring in operational related tasks
- - Reports directly to Import Operations Manager
Qualifications
- - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
- - 2+ years in freight forwarding, logistics, and/or supply chain
- - Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- - Strong work ethic
- - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- - Strong people skills
- - Speaks Korean (preferred)
