Job Summary

Managing power supply department, attendance of subordinates and workforce, cutting down power supply, quality management and operation cost.

Job Description

  • Manage overall power supply as a person in charge of electricity operation.
  • Fixed working hours. Arrive on time at office. Overtime work from time to time.
  • Check manufacturing line and take necessary measures immediately in case of issue caused by power supply interruption in order to normalize the line as soon as possible.
  • ORGANIZATION WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT
  • - Manage attendance of organizational members and encourage them to have better work performances.
  • -Develop and carry out education plan to enhance work capabilities of the members.
  • -Immediately report to boss and sojourning in case of issues regarding attendance of the members
  • or other HR-related issues.
  • POWER SUPPLY EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT
  • -Run, inspect, repair power supply equipment and carry out preventive maintenance to ensure
  • that the equipment is under normal operation.
  • -Manage quality of power supply to meet the requirements of manufacturing site.
  • -Analyze root cause in case of issues and find out solution for improvement.
  • -Manage load of each power supply equipment to ensure there is no equipment failure caused by
  • overload.
  • -Develop and carry out periodic inspection plan to ensure that the equipment is under normal
  • operation.
  • -Properly store and periodically replace consumable parts of the equipment.
  • -Run power supply equipment in accordance with standards and manage it with operation system
  • used in corporate.
  • -Comply with standards while reporting impractical ones to boss and sojourning employees for
  • continuous revision and improvement.
  • -Review maintenance-related document that are required to run and manage power supply
  • equipment; Keep the documents up to date.
  • -Immediately report power supply issue to boss and sojourning employees to fix it as soon as
  • possible.
  • -Take necessary repair and preventive works in case of power supply equipment failure.
  • -Run proper power supply equipment to avoid unnecessary use of power and continuously find
  • ways to save energy.
  • -Review and respond to requirements of manufacturing site regarding power supply.
  • -Periodically report to boss and sojourning employees.
  • -Collect documents, and review, find out issues and improve drawing of power supply equipment in
  • case of new, additional installation and uninstallation.
  • -Oversee new/additional installation of power supply equipment to ensure that there is no problem.
  • -Check quality of equipment installation, find out and fix problems during installation.
  • -Manage CAD file and drawing regarding new/additional installation of power supply equipment.
  • -Update CAD file whenever there is a change at manufacturing site.
  • POWER & UT SUPPLY AUTOMATIC CONTROL SYSTEM MAINTENANCE, MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION
  • -Manage and operate BMS system of power and UT supply equipment
  • -Inspect and maintain BMS system to ensure normal operation of the system.
  • -Manage and maintain UT equipment to ensure normal operation of automatic control items.
  • -Manage and maintain power supply equipment to keep accurate setting value.
  • -Update BMS system in case of additional installation of equipment and changes.
  • -Inspect new/additional installation of equipment connected to BMS for quality assurance,
  • find out problems coming from the installation and fix them.
  • -Update BMS-related drawing to make it in alignment with location of BMS-based equipment in site.
  • OTHER
  • -Write and manage annual budget for department operation.
  • -Contact supplier to get material and service required for power supply department.
  • -Share report and education material with boss and other departments.
  • -Provide right registry data and reports, and perverse certificates.
  • -Other works ordered by boss that require same level of technologies and competencies as main
  • duties.
  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES OF POWER SUPPLY MANAGEMENT LEADER
  • -Command, support, supervise subordinates and encourage them to have better work performances.
  • -Organize and take over works to make them persistent.
  • -Comply with essential registration and permission.
  • -Keep track of working hours of subordinates and oversee their work to make sure they are
  • on the right track.
  • -Ensure information exchange.
  • -Discover talented employees and mentor them
  • -Find out and carry tasks based on Quality Management System and give feedback.
  • -Keep job description up to date.
  • -Guide and motivate subordinates to have better performances.
  • -Keep track of subordinates’ capabilities for their better performances.
  • QUALITY ASSURANCE, EHS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • -All employee shall follow regulations and procedures regarding work, fire, and environmental safety.
  • -All employee shall keep their working areas clean, follow safety rules and make proper use of
  • personal protective equipment.
  • -All employee shall take necessary medical checkup to maintain good health status for good work
  • performance.
  • -All employee shall comply with requirements and regulation of Quality Management System.
  • -All employee shall follow orders regarding quality and technology when working.

Qualifications

  • -Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (required)
  • -8-years work experience in power maintenance.
  • -Korean preferred
