Job Description
- Assist the Compliance team in their daily operation and duties.
- ? Learn to perform periodic customer reviews, transaction monitoring, and OFAC dispositions for the branch.
- ? Special ad-hoc projects or other duties as assigned by the Chief Compliance Officer.
- ? Testing and documenting that OFAC databases are updated after OFAC changes occur.
- ? Reviewing and documenting alerts for monthly and quarterly FISAML profiles as assigned.
- ? Preparing monthly and as applicable quarterly reviews of customers, OFAC and Trade Finance
- reviews.
- Special ad-hoc projects as assigned by the CCO and General Manager.
- ? Perform second level OFAC release from SafeWatch system verify queue
- ? Perform quality assurance review of alerts and investigations conducted in the FIS AML Enterprise system and OFAC releases from SafeWatch system.
Qualifications
- General understanding of local, state, and federal banking laws and regulations to comply with regulatory requirements.
- ? Understanding of the related internal / external regulation and policies, including the Branch’ BSA/AML/OFAC/Cybersecurity policies.
- ? Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ? Must be able to prioritize and manage tasks in a timely manner
