Job Summary

  • '- Assistant Manager is responsible for organizing, executing, processing and reporting of assigned
  • roles.
  • - Assistant Manager should report any issues regarding the work of its own to Manger/DGM/CDGM
  • immediately.

Job Description

  • ? Responsible for followings:
  • - Monthly limit monitoring of loan-to-aasset, single borrower limit, type of loan concentration, industry concentration, geographic
  • concentration, etc.
  • - Making monthly report: Standby LC maintenance
  • - Making quarterly report: UCC status, Required documents on Credit file, Guaranty company's Board minuets, Appraisal report due date
  • - Reviewing “Loan Approval Sheet” to confirm loan approval and determining loan conditions and instructions
  • - Custodying of collaterals: collateral valuation
  • - Quarterly reporting of FAS 114, FFIC 019
  • - Updating tickler system
  • - Updating daily legal actions: updating applicable legal action update file(software) to log case-development of the legal action or
  • action engaged against the borrower
  • - Daily Delinquent Report : providing delinquent report and contacting customer for delinquent status
  • - Monthly Credit Watch List : providing the credit watch list report to Loan Middle Senior Staff
  • - Delinquent Status Report (H.O): providing delinquent status report to HO
  • - Quarterly Loan Portfolio Review: reviewing industry concentration, loan type, and other credit risks, which exists in the loan portfolio of
  • the Branch
  • - Managing expenses such as tax, insurance, etc.
  • - Requesting appraisal of the property and assessing the value and environmental risks
  • - Requesting loan disbursement to Loan Back (Operating Dept) for individual Loan
  • - Making sure that all contact with the customer relative to a loan actions taken are documented in the credit file.
  • - Conducting loan interview, acquiring necessary information and compiling documents for Credit Facility Maturity Extension
  • - Checking and reviewing loan documents includuing the credit information prior to submitting the documents to the credit analyst for Credit Facility
  • Maturity Extension.

Qualifications

  • Responsible for followings:
  • - Problem Loan List (H.O): providing problem loan list to HO
  • - Other problem loan file: makeing problem loan files and updating necessary information in ticker
  • - Preparing charge-off request to HO
  • - Corresponding to legal issues such as reviewing legal and court issued documents, foreclosure action, note actions, bankruptcy filling, etc.
