About Our Client

Job Summary

AR Specialist will manage and be responsible for numerous aspects of Accounts Receivable including sales, invoicing, collections, reporting, adjustments, and other related duties as assigned.

Job Description

• Serving as the primary AR contact for customers and your assigned sales team.
• -Issuing invoices to customers and review customer’s purchase orders and order acknowledgment
• -General AR activities using systems (Oracle, Salesforce and etc.), including Sales, Inventory, cash
• receipts, miscellaneous cash, and credit memos ? sales process
• -Manage AR & cash receipt aging reports for upper-level management
• -Ad-hoc reports related sales and AR prepared, as needed
• -Effectively communicate with customers for order placement and status
• -Collect and file necessary tax exemption/resale certificates for multi-state operations and supporting
• documents for customer account decisions
• -Perform bank reconciliations on AR receipts.
• -Support company’s month & year closing
• -Projects task management (expense and revenue/AR)
• -Prepare sales and AR documents for the company’s annual audit
• -Review Customer’s purchase orders and order acknowledgment
• -Follow-up on order status to meet the delivery time per contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and related fields
• +2 years of experiences in Accounting preferred but not required
• Experience with an Oracle is a plus
• High proficient in Excel
• Bilingual preferred
