Job Summary
- The company seeks an experienced and motivated Sales Manager (mid-level) to lead the sales unit and drive business growth
- the candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies.
Job Description
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with key customers, partners of each sales segment.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional relationship, including marketing, product development.
- Establish and maintain sales processes and system to drive efficiency and productivity
- Meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular updates to senior management on progress toward the goals
Qualifications
- bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of proven experience of sales and management (CPG item preferable)
- Excellent communication skills in written & verbal, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of CRM system and sales technology like Hubspot, etc
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- motivation, leadership. energy to overcome roadblocks
- Strong organizational and time management skill, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadline
- Ability to travel as needed
- familiar to Amazon and shopify is preferrable.
