Provide top-tier support to customers to maximize revenue and develop sustainable relationships

Job Description

  • -Identify and develop potential Procurement Service Contracts and projects by actively participating in activities such as networking, lead generation, and qualification.
  • -Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals that align with client objectives and concerns.
  • -Utilize your technical expertise to deliver compelling presentations to existing customers
  • -Work in tandem with vendors and internal departments to promptly provide accurate quotes to customers.
  • -Overcome objections through effective communication, emphasizing agreements, and resolving differences in a constructive manner.
  • -Liaise with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive scope solutions for customer issues.
  • -Maintain detailed records of leads, active prospects, and sales forecasts within Salesforce.
  • -Take ownership of customer-centric solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • -Participate in special projects and handle other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
  • -3+ years of direct outside sales experience
  • -Business acumen around sales forecasting, opportunity management and customer planning
  • -Technological capabilities and understanding to communicate in today's business environment, and bring to closure an action, project, resolution or sales with customers
  • -Ability to align planning goals with a pipeline development process to develop market revenue
  • -Excellent communication skills and openness towards working with customer and partners
  • -Ability to uncover customer objections/concerns, and determine appropriate solutions
  • -Self-motivated, possessing a high energy level and a desire to achieve goals beyond what is required
  • -Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • -Solid grasp of MS Office, ERP (SAP prefered)
  • -Bachelor's degree
  • The following skills and qualifications are preferred for this position:
  • -Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, E-Commerce or Business management
  • -Knowledge of Maintenance Repair & Operations (MRO) products and their applications
  • -Korean English Bilingual
