We’re seeking an experienced accountant to oversee this team in the role of Sr. Accounting Manager. The ideal candidate will have proven industry experience as an accountant, preferably in a senior role. As a strong communicator and skilled financial analyst, you will make it your mission to streamline our Closing, and financial reporting processes. You will produce thorough financial-status reports for senior management to help improve our operational efficiency and aid in our continued growth.

Job Description

• Objectives of this Role
• ? Managing & overseeing the daily operation of the accounting dept.
• ? Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce regular financial reports such as TB, BS, IS, and related document.
• ? Establishing and enforcing proper accounting method, policies, and principles
• ? Achieve budgeting goals with proper scheduling, analysis, and corrective action
• ? Help develop and support short and long-term operational strategies
• ? Communicating Headquarter for term-based report
• Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
• ? Managing & overseeing the daily operation of the accounting dept including:
• - Month and end-year process
• - AR & AP Control
• - General ledger
• - Utilities and expense Control
• - Revenue and expenditure analysis
• - Fixed asset & Prepayment activity
• - Inventory & Cost analysis
• - Cash forecasting
• - Bank control
• ? Manage and monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate USGAAP & IFRS standards and regulatory requirements as well as the requirements of private contributions, loans, and government contracts
• ? Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
• ? Coordinate and complete annual audits
• ? Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• ? Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
• ? Oversee and support accounting team with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivity

Qualifications

• ? Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager
• ? Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
• ? Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
• ? Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• ? High attention to detail and accuracy
• ? Ability to direct and supervise
• ? Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field
• ? Strong understanding of economic and banking processes
• Preferred Qualifications
• ? 5+ years experience as a senior-level accounting or finance manager
• ? Strong working knowledge of detailed financial data analysis
• ? Exemplary history of financial project management
• ? CPA preferred
