Job Description

  • Strategic Insight & Industry Analysis
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the company's internal and external operating environment. Proficiently utilize professional analytical tools such as PEST, SWOT, and Porter's Five Forces to assess trends in the film/cinema industry, policy directions, competitor landscapes, and the company's core strengths and weaknesses.
  • Regularly produce high-quality industry insight reports, competitive analysis reports, and business environment analysis reports to provide data support and a decision-making basis for the company's mid-to-long-term development strategy and business layout.
  • Business Planning & Target Management
  • Align with the company's top-level strategy. Assist the Legal Representative in formulating the annual business plan, breaking down business objectives, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and connecting the entire chain from strategic planning to execution.
  • Establish a business management and control mechanism involving "weekly tracking, monthly reviews, and quarterly adjustments." Monitor the execution progress, revenue data, and cost control status of various business lines in real-time.
  • Precisely identify issues such as operational deviations, market fluctuations, and resource gaps. Produce special business analysis reports and develop actionable improvement plans to ensure the achievement of annual business goals.
  • Business Collaboration & Process Optimization
  • Liaise with various business departments to deeply explore operational needs. Diagnose bottlenecks in business processes and cross-departmental collaboration barriers from a global perspective.
  • Propose targeted process optimization plans and resource integration suggestions. Drive the implementation of these plans to enhance overall operational efficiency and business growth momentum.
  • Lead the resolution of cross-departmental conflicts. Establish normalized and standardized collaboration mechanisms to break down information silos between departments.
  • High-Level Decision Support & Meeting Management
  • Provide the Legal Representative with specialized decision-making recommendations on business development, resource allocation, and operational adjustments, assisting top management in controlling the business direction.
  • Oversee the entire process of high-level company meetings and business review meetings: Pre-meeting, collect and organize agenda materials, research data, and analysis reports to ensure efficient preparation. Post-meeting, standardize the preparation of meeting minutes, clarifying action items, responsible parties, and deadlines.
  • Track the implementation progress of meeting resolutions, follow up on execution status in a closed-loop manner, and promptly report on difficulties encountered during implementation.
  • Other Special Tasks
  • Complete various temporary and special business planning tasks, project research assignments, and proposal writing delegated by the Legal Representative. Support the implementation of the company's major strategic deployments.

Qualifications

  • (A) Mandatory Qualifications
  • Nationality/Language: Korean national, proficient in both Korean and Chinese as working languages, with the language ability for business negotiations and in-depth cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Enterprise Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Work Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or operations management. Experience in the cinema/film and entertainment industry is preferred.
  • Tools/Skills: Proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite. Mastery of strategic analysis tools like PEST and SWOT. Strong ability in data organization, visualization, and analysis.
  • (B) Core Competencies
  • Logical Thinking: Exceptional logical reasoning ability and business acumen. Capable of extracting core insights and identifying underlying patterns from vast amounts of complex information.
  • Coordination & Execution: Excellent cross-departmental communication, coordination, and execution skills. Able to efficiently integrate internal and external resources to drive project/plan implementation to completion.
  • Problem-Solving: Possesses innovative thinking and the ability to tackle complex problems. Can quickly diagnose operational pain points and develop feasible solutions.
  • Reporting & Presentation: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Capable of independently producing high-quality business plans and analytical reports, and accurately conveying strategic ideas and business recommendations to top management.
