Job Description

  • Strategic Planning & Team Management
  • Develop annual marketing strategies, brand promotion plans, and comprehensive marketing plans for special effect film projects, along with corresponding budgets, aligning with the company's overall business objectives. Oversee the overall marketing direction and implementation pace.
  • Fully responsible for building, managing, and empowering the marketing team. Establish standardized departmental operating procedures and evaluation mechanisms. Oversee personnel performance assessments, talent development, and succession planning to build a highly efficient and execution-focused team.
  • Brand Building & Film Marketing Execution
  • Coordinate online and offline omni-channel brand campaigns. Integrate resources across media, public relations, and offline events to continuously enhance brand awareness, reputation, and industry influence.
  • Lead the end-to-end marketing planning and execution for the company's 4DX and ScreenX special effect films. This includes generating buzz, developing strategies for promotional materials (trailers, posters, behind-the-scenes content), organizing premiere events, and managing word-of-mouth. The core objective is to increase film attendance and drive box office conversion.
  • Channel Development & Partner Relationship Management
  • Establish and maintain in-depth cooperative relationships with cinemas and cinema chains nationwide. Accurately address scheduling needs and secure optimal screening arrangements to ensure screenings for the company's special effect films.
  • Collaborate with external partners such as film distributors, copyright holders, and media outlets. Integrate promotional resources, material support, and on-the-ground benefits to achieve resource complementarity and maximize marketing effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis & Budget Control
  • Monitor key data metrics (exposure, conversion rate, attendance rate, box office figures, etc.) in real-time during marketing campaigns and film release phases. Regularly review campaign effectiveness and iteratively optimize marketing strategies and execution plans.
  • Fully responsible for marketing budget preparation, approval, expense reimbursement, and cost control. Strictly manage the return on investment (ROI) to ensure marketing funds are used compliantly and efficiently.
  • Cross-Regional/Cross-Departmental Collaboration
  • Liaise with the relevant business departments at the headquarters in South Korea. Handle daily work reports, information synchronization, directive communication, and business collaboration to ensure alignment between domestic market activities and headquarters' strategy, guaranteeing effective implementation.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal departments to streamline collaboration processes and resolve cross-departmental operational issues, ensuring the smooth progression of all marketing activities.
  • Other Tasks
  • Complete various temporary and special work assignments delegated by leadership. Provide marketing support for major company projects and strategic deployments.

Qualifications

  • (A) Basic Qualifications
  • Nationality/Language: Korean national, proficient in both Korean and Chinese as working languages, with the language ability for business negotiations and in-depth cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Media, Film Management, Advertising, or related fields.
  • Experience: 8+ years of relevant marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a marketing management role within the film, entertainment, media, or content industries. Candidates with successful cases in comprehensive film marketing or cinema channel cooperation are preferred.
  • Abilities: Possess outstanding strategic thinking, team management skills, and execution capabilities. Ability to adapt to the high-intensity, fast-paced work environment of the film industry.
  • Skills: Proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite, capable of efficiently completing tasks such as data organization, proposal writing, and presentation delivery.
  • (B) Core Competencies
  • Industry Resource Network: Deeply embedded in the film industry with extensive media resources, cinema chain/theater channel resources, and cross-industry collaboration resources. Ability to quickly leverage resources to support marketing initiatives.
  • Market Insight: Keen insight into film market trends, audience viewing preferences, and industry hot topics. Combines marketing creativity with strong execution ability, skilled in creating buzzworthy promotional campaigns.
  • Collaboration Skills: Excellent business negotiation, public relations, and cross-cultural communication skills. Ability to effectively maintain external partnerships and coordinate internal resources.
  • Cost & Results Orientation: Strong budget management awareness, consistently focusing on box office conversion and brand enhancement as core objectives, with precise control over the entire marketing process.
