Job Description
- 1. Implement the company's technological strategy by conducting forward-looking research into industry technologies and driving the renewal and iteration of existing technologies;
- 2. Conduct insightful research into market and industry technological trends, translating these into the company's next strategic direction at the technical level;
- 3. Plan and establish the strategic R&D laboratories for the Sirong Research Institute, organising the institute's processes, policies, and system architecture;
- 4. Oversee the optimisation of R&D management processes and the development of talent pipelines within the research institute.
Qualifications
- Job Requirements:
- 1. PhD in Automation or related field, with 10+ years of R&D experience in the semiconductor industry, proficient in mechanical design and motion control;
- 2. Fluent English with strong cross-cultural collaboration and communication skills;
- 3. Demonstrated team leadership, management capabilities, and organisational culture development;
- 4. In-depth understanding of semiconductor back-end processes and equipment technologies; extensive experience in major project R&D;
- 5. Resilience under pressure, open-mindedness, and alignment with company values.
