About Our Client

A leading global manufacturer specializing in chemical admixtures for concrete

Job Summary

We’re looking for a top-tier sales leader from a global construction chemicals player.

Job Description

• - Manage the delivery of company products to business partners, including product specifications, quantities, and delivery methods.
• - Develop new customers and new projects to expand business opportunities.
• - Collect payments from trade receivables and follow up on outstanding accounts.
• - Negotiate with customers on pricing, sales terms, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
• - Drive sales of based concrete admixtures to Thailand’s leading Ready-Mix Concrete
• (RMC) producers, covering approximately 60% of the market.
• - Lead new client acquisition and product replacement initiatives, converting competitor products.
• - Navigate complex and lengthy vendor approval processes with major Thai customers.

Qualifications

• - Minimum 5 to15+ years of sales experience in construction chemicals, with a strong
• focus on concrete admixtures
• - Background with, or strong industry connections to, leading global construction
• chemical companies
• - Solid understanding of both the technical and commercial advantages of products
• - Fluent in both Thai and English
