Job Summary
This is a senior finance role responsible for managing the finance, accounting, and planning functions of their Thailand manufacturing plant in Prachinburi, ensuring alignment with global policies and procedures.
Job Description
- Review and approve plant financial and management reports in line with group timelines
- Maintain internal control systems and sign off Internal Control Questionnaires (ICQ)
- Prepare annual business plans and rolling forecasts
- Deliver financial analyses to support business decision-making
- Support management in meeting sales and profitability goals in Thailand
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, cash flow, and inventory levels
- Advise senior management on financial strategies
- Ensure tax compliance and efficiency for the Thailand plant
- Provide analytical leadership to support strategic objectives
- Oversee product costing and inventory control, ensuring compliance with global standards
- Liaise with external auditors for statutory audits
- Drive process improvements and implement finance policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local laws, customs, exchange controls, statutory reporting, and international trade regulations
- Maintain updated procedures and ensure SPS compliance
- Report to Asia Finance Manager
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance or related discipline
- Strong background in manufacturing finance, particularly costing, is ideal.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 6 years in managerial roles, preferably within the electrical or electronics industry
- Solid knowledge of accounting regulations, tax laws, costing, and financial analysis
- Fluent in English and Thai
- Strong analytical and communication skills
