Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Acquire authentication expertise through training programmes, mastering product identification characteristics;
- 2. Conduct authentication assessments of platform merchandise based on established criteria, verifying authenticity and producing detailed reports while assuming full accountability for findings;
- 3. Proactively research market trends and fashion developments, understanding product attributes to collaborate with merchandising teams on trend analysis briefings;
- 4. Compile daily work data, conduct timely reviews to enhance efficiency, and assist product operations with testing and requirement gathering;
- 5. Support other tasks within the Product Research Centre, including procurement, photography, and genuine product inventory management.
Qualifications
- Requirements:
- 1. Full-time bachelor's degree or higher; fluent spoken Japanese; N1 or Professional Japanese Level 8 certification preferred;
- 2. Resilient (able to work in warehouse environments, undertake travel, and adapt to shift patterns), with proven stress tolerance, reliability, diligence, sincerity, positivity, and optimism;
- 3. Self-motivated with rapid learning capabilities, analytical thinking, and a passion for research;
- 4. Integrity, pragmatism, meticulousness, rigorous work ethic, responsible attitude, and strong communication skills.
