Job Summary
As we continue our rapid growth, we are looking for a National Key Account Manager to expand our IMC (Intermodal Marketing Company) and BCO (Beneficial Cargo Owner) business.
Job Description
- - Develop and maintain strong relationships with IMC and BCO customers.
- - Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across key lanes.
- - Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to deliver competitive solutions.
- - Represent BoxLinks at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
- - Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to our long-term growth strategy.
Qualifications
- - 10+ years of experience in intermodal, logistics, or freight sales (IMC/BCO focus preferred).
- - Strong understanding of rail, ocean carrier, and trucking operations.
- - Proven track record in customer acquisition and account management.
- - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- - Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
