Job Summary

The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the President of North America Operations. This role will oversee cross-functional projects, manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, and ensure that organizational priorities are executed effectively. The Chief of Staff will play a critical role in enabling the President to focus on strategic growth by managing operations, tracking initiatives, and driving accountability across the organization.

Job Description

  • - Project & Program Management
  • o Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of key strategic projects.
  • o Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure deliverables are met.
  • o Track progress and provide regular updates to the President.
  • - Stakeholder Management
  • o Serve as a primary liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders.
  • o Manage communications, ensuring timely follow-up and alignment across teams.
  • o Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • - Strategic Support
  • o Assist in setting strategic priorities and translating them into actionable initiatives.
  • o Prepare reports, briefings, presentations, and materials for executive meetings.
  • o Conduct research and provide recommendations to support decision making.
  • - Organizational Coordination
  • o Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business units.
  • o Drive accountability and ensure execution of agreed initiatives.
  • o Identify risks and escalate issues proactively with solutions.
  • - Operational Excellence
  • o Oversee scheduling, agenda planning, and follow-up for leadership meetings.
  • o Support the preparation of board materials, investor updates, and client communications.
  • o Champion process improvements that enhance efficiency and clarity within the organization.

Qualifications

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • - 7+ years of professional experience in project management, consulting, strategy, or business operations.
  • - Proven experience building relationships and partnerships with senior stakeholders.
  • - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual proficiency (English/Korean) strongly preferred.
  • - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • - High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
