Job Description
- Examining Promissory Notes for technical correctness via a vis the final Loan Approval Sheet
- -Ensuring loans are properly approved in accordance lending authorities established in Credit Policy
- -Safeguarding Promissory Notes
- -Maintaining collateral documentation, Ensuring the Branch's liens are properly documented, there are
- no prior line holders
- -Reviewing daily and monthly tickler system
- -Daily Delinquent Report
- -Expeditious processing requests for extensions of credit received by the Front Office to internal
- banking system in accordance with the Branch's established credit policies and procedures
- -Distributing loan proceeds under the dual control of the Loan Front and Loan Transaction Supervisor
- -Ensuring loan accounting system accurately reflects all material credit information
