  • This plant plays a crucial role in producing key automotive components such as chassis, cockpit, and front-end modules. Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Admin to join IT team. As an IT Infrastructure Admin, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the smooth operation of our technology systems, supporting our business goals and objectives.

Job Description

  • 1. Design and Implementation:
  • - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop infrastructure solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • - Design and manage network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN connections.
  • - Deploy and manage server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, storage systems, and backup solutions.
  • - Install and configure operating systems, applications, and software updates.
  • - Plan and execute infrastructure expansion or upgrades to accommodate company growth.
  • 2. System Monitoring and Maintenance:
  • - Monitor the performance and availability of network devices, servers, and applications to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues.
  • - Conduct regular system maintenance tasks, such as patch management, firmware updates, and security audits.
  • - Support to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems promptly to minimize downtime.
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address infrastructure-related issues and provide technical support when required.
  • - Manage system backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
  • 3. Security and Compliance:
  • - Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, access controls, and data encryption.
  • - Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address potential security risks.
  • - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as GDPR or ISO 27001.- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to protect the company's infrastructure and data.
  • 4. Documentation and Reporting:
  • - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of infrastructure configurations, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
  • - Prepare reports on system performance, security incidents, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • - Provide recommendations for improvements and cost optimization in the IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required or equivalent experience
  • - 3 years or more of experience in System Management
  • - Strong understanding of production process and related systems
  • - Strong analytical skills
  • - Improvement of MES system and Development of user's requirement
  • - Knowledge of Programming language and DB management
  • - Experience in performance optimization for system and DB
  • - Programming language skill: C#.NET, MS-SQL, JAVA
  • - Design and development of Interface program for equipment automation
  • - Knowledge of strategic, conceptual and consultative process
  • - Ability to manage multiple projects and schedules to meet deadlines
  • - Excellent interpersonal skills, people-management, leadership and communication skills
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills
  • - Collaborating and communicating skill with other departments
  • - Interest and working knowledge automotive industry and technology
  • - Bilingual speaker (English and Korean) is a plus
  • - MES System Developer is a plus
  • **Preferred Qualifications**
  • - Experience developing MES systems
  • - Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean
  • - Familiarity with the automotive manufacturing environment
