This client is a medical appliances manufacturer, that exports medical appliances to more than 70 countries, and is actively growing in the U.S. along with its headquarters in Korea, which leads the medical appliances market.

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Media Strategist to join the team, with a focus on supporting Media / PR.
  • 1) Experience with media / PR
  • 2) PR Campaign, building relationships with media professionals, dynamic communicator
  • 3) Contents creation / management (company website, social media, newsletters)
  • 4) Plan and coordinate company events, conference and media briefings

Job Description

  • Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Designing campaign, contents, and social media/video strategies that transmit the organization's goals and objectives together with the Sales Support (previously Marketing) team.
  • Creating contents, planning and executing all digital/social media tools including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Responsible for ensuring consistent brand messaging across all various social media channels
  • PR throughout all communications
  • Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in the firm's current and new products campaigns
  • Liaising with third parties like digital agencies and software vendors to optimize channels, bidding, and targeting strategies.
  • Analyzing performance drives to improve campaign profitability and contributes towards yearly marketing budgets, KPIs, and ROI.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets
  • Designing and implementing digital strategy as part of the company's broader business and marketing plans, building affinity and leading demand generation.
  • Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
  • Taking ownership of retail website sales, including Social Shops, to meet forecasted targets and drive revenue growth
  • Weekly status update and progress report
  • Other duties as assigned per management

Qualifications

  • Very well organized
  • Good follow-up and follow through
  • Bilingual (Korean) is a PLUS but not a requirement
  • Strong communication skills
  • Project management and managerial skills
  • Ability to analyze metrics, reports, and trends regarding consumers
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software
  • Solid knowledge of contents creations, social media platforms, online marketing tools and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, website optimization, and digital marketing channels, including Social Media/Shops (Youtube, shorts, Instagram, TikTok & Meta).
