Job Summary

Experienced in managing workflows and resources to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Skilled in inventory control, procurement, and reporting to ensure seamless operations and informed decision-making by senior management.

Job Description

  • 1. Streamline workflow to meet project specifications and deadlines
  • - Efficiently organize and manage the workflow to ensure all project requirements and deadlines are met.
  • 2. Assess and allocate necessary resources
  • - Evaluate and determine the required resources, including workforce and raw materials, to optimize operational efficiency.
  • 3. Authorize maintenance and procurement activities
  • - Approve maintenance tasks and equipment purchases to ensure smooth operations and avoid downtime.
  • 4. Ensure quality control and compliance
  • - Monitor production outputs to guarantee they meet established quality standards and industry regulations.
  • 5. Monitor inventory levels and resource availability
  • - Regularly inspect inventory levels of business supplies and raw materials to proactively identify and address potential shortages.
  • 6. Maintain accurate inventory records
  • - Track daily deliveries and shipments to ensure accurate inventory reconciliation.
  • 7. Manage stock replenishment
  • - Place timely orders for inventory replenishment, balancing the need to prevent shortages while avoiding excessive stock.
  • 8. Provide regular reports to upper management
  • - Report on stock levels, operational issues, and other relevant metrics to senior management for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Driver’s license
  • Bilingual in English & Korean
